ACTIVITÉS SCIENTIFIQUES

Thèmes de Recherche 

L'apprentissage au sein du système oculomoteur, ou comment les associations apprises entre les saccades oculaires (mouvements rapides des yeux) et leurs conséquences perceptives peuvent jouer un rôle déterminant à plusieurs niveaux : 

  • le contrôle par renforcement des propriétés des saccades
  • la modification des comportements de recherche visuelle
  • la perception des cibles visuelles elles-mêmes (perception trans-saccadique)

 

Ces hypothèses sont testées au niveau comportemental en utilisant des programmes " gaze-contingent" (i.e. Les stimuli post-saccadiques sont affichés en fonction des saccades des observateurs). Cela permet de manipuler expérimentalement les conséquences des mouvements oculaires en les contrôlant en temps réel.
